These terms describe the baseline usage expectations for the public SEO AI Regent application.
Service Scope
SEO AI Regent provides keyword analysis, content scoring, editorial guidance, and billing-backed access to those workflows. The product is delivered on a best-effort basis and may evolve as the scoring system changes.
Legal Entity and Governing Law
These terms are between you and Developer312, the operator of SEO AI Regent. They are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Administrative routes are reserved for authenticated, MFA-verified operators and must not be used to perform unauthorized actions.
Acceptable Use
You may not abuse the scoring endpoints, interfere with the service, circumvent rate limits, or submit content you do not have the right to process. Access can be suspended for security or platform-protection reasons.
Billing
Paid access, checkout, and customer-portal functions depend on the configured billing provider. Plans are billed at the published prices and allowances shown on the pricing page: Free includes up to 5 scored articles per month, Editor up to 50, and Editorial up to 500; Syndicate is a custom tier. Subscription details, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the customer portal.
