Information We Process

We process account identifiers, authentication state, billing references, keyword inputs, draft content submitted for scoring, and operational logs needed to secure and operate the service.

Why We Use It

Data is used to authenticate users, fulfill subscription workflows, score content, troubleshoot abuse or delivery failures, and maintain auditability for privileged administrative actions.

Processors and Infrastructure

We use third-party processors for billing, password-reset email, and keyword analysis. Your data is processed in United States and may be shared with subprocessors including Stripe, Serper, Google Analytics, Railway, Cloudflare. We update these lists as processors change.

Retention and Security

Scored analysis snapshots — your full text and scores — are cached for 2 hours. Keyword research snapshots are kept for 12 hours. Articles you save to a workspace are retained until you delete it. Demo scoring is session-only, cleared when you navigate away. Authentication records, billing references, webhook receipts, and audit logs are retained for account security, financial reconciliation, and incident review, and removed once those purposes are served. Security controls include session signing, MFA-gated admin access, request-origin checks, and rate limiting.
